Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times

We currently ship from Cyprus to Cyprus and Greece only.
Orders are shipped using Box Now. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as public holidays or courier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We do not include shipping fees in our product prices.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online through Box Now.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. BentoBoxStore is not responsible for delays due to customs.
